C-Series is open source and runs on your own machine. C-Series Cloud puts it on a machine of its own, billed monthly or weekly. The assessment and E-Series are quoted for your organization.

Free and open source
An AI agent that runs on your own machine, licensed AGPL-3.0. Install it with npx cseries. You pay your model provider for what you use.
C-Series Cloud
From $59/mo, billed monthly
A C-Series Host on a virtual machine of its own, on a server we run, which we set up, secure and keep up to date. Every size is listed below: the virtual machines are ordered online, each with its stock, and bare metal is ordered by email. Nothing can be bought until it opens.
Network membership
$9/mo, when it opens
Membership joins a Host on your own machine to the Privatae network. It is not on sale yet, and there is nothing to pay for it today.
Security assessment and E-Series

The AI agent security assessment covers up to about 25 machines and takes about a week. E-Series is offered as a pilot on your own hardware. Both are quoted once we know what you run. About E-Series.

Billing
How C-Series Cloud is billed.
- Billed monthly, on the 1st
- Billed on the 1st; your first payment is prorated to the next 1st. Bare metal adds the provider's setup fee once.
- Or weekly
- Weekly billing is charged in advance, a full week at a time, from the day you order and then on the same day each week. Every size ordered online can be billed weekly.
- Cancel any time
- Cancelling stops the machine's billing at once. The unused part of the period you paid for goes onto your account as credit, which is taken off your next payments to Privatae. The machine is then stopped and wiped after a short grace period. Cancelling refunds no payment: the setup fee is not credited, and credit on your account cannot be paid out except as Section 12.3 of our Terms says. After a failed payment the machine keeps running while the card is retried for up to 7 days, and then it is cancelled and not restarted, even if you pay later.
- A machine we don't hand over
- A machine that fails before we hand it over to you, or that we have not handed over within 72 hours of your payment, is cancelled, and that payment is refunded in full, automatically.
- Price changes at renewal
- If we change our prices, including when our provider raises the price of a bare-metal server, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you 30 days before.
- A bigger size
- Ask for a bigger size from your machines page. We confirm the new price with you by email before anything changes.
- Support is by email
- Write to [email protected]. There is no phone line and no round-the-clock desk.
- No model credits
- Your Host uses your own keys with the model providers. We charge for the machine and its upkeep. We don't sell model usage.
