Network membership ($9 a month once it is on sale, or included with a managed machine) joins up to 5 Hosts you run on your own computers to the Privatae network, puts them on the members' community board, lets you publish your own apps to the App Store for review, and gives you a direct line into what gets built next.
The community is built in
Members run their own Hosts, and the community around them lives inside the product — members-only, no anonymous reads. It's where people compare setups, trade configurations, and learn what a machine of your own can actually do. If you're learning to build with AI, you're learning alongside people doing the same thing on the same ground.
git.privatae.ai — Privatae's git server
Private git repositories for members are coming; they are not part of membership yet. Today git.privatae.ai is where we publish the two client programs, the bastion and the bastion agent, under the GPL, and anyone can read or clone them.

How a proposal becomes a feature
- You say it where you workMembers post feedback and feature ideas on the community board, from inside the product. The board is for members only: no public issue tracker, no upvoting by strangers.
- Traction is measuredMembers vote on proposals on the community board. Votes inform the decision, they never make it. Humans approve; votes don't.
- Your Host will file itFiling a proposal with traction from your own Host, as a feature request in Privatae's proposals repository with its votes attached, is coming; it is not part of membership yet.
- It ships, and you're toldProposals that get built land in platform updates with a changelog. The loop closes where it opened: inside the product.
Why a members-only board
Public roadmaps get gamed and public trackers get scraped. The board is members-only, so what gets asked for there comes from people who run their own Hosts, in their own words, and not from an audience.
